As independent agents we purposefully do not have an in-house finance broker. Instead, we prefer to refer you to the appropriate finance source if you require it.

Selling Services

As a specialist broker with over 30 years of negotiation experience, we believe the most important element we can earn is our clients trust. As a private firm, we can offer highly competitive fee rates and strive to provide a personal and bespoke service to meet the needs of our individual clients.

Acquisition Service

After more than 30 years in the industry we have made a lot of valuable contacts. We are therefore ideally placed to act for buyers to target a specific business and negotiate the purchase on their behalf.

Market Appraisal

We prepare a free written market appraisal if required. This includes recommendations on asking price, marketing options, timing, tactics and valuable advice on the presentation of the property prior to it being offered for sale.

Valuations

Stephen Page & Partners is a specialist company which concentrates solely on the core discipline of sales and acquisitions. As a result, we have a policy of outsourcing formal valuations. This has several benefits. Firstly, we can refer the instruction to the most appropriate firm. Secondly, we can retain total independence and avoid any conflicts of interest that might arise.


We are then able to work alongside the valuation report to achieve its recommendations in a totally impartial and independent way, whether this is for private clients, a bank or administrator.
