Stephen Page & Partners was formed in 2013 after many years experience in the corporate sector, and this continues Stephen’s unbroken record of selling hotels in the West Country for over 34 years.


Now a well established and respected company, we provide a bespoke service, tailored to meet the individual needs of our business clients.

Brought up in the industry, Stephen has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience having seen the hospitality trade from both sides of the kitchen door.


Joining Christie & Co in 1986 he was Head of Hotels in Exeter before opening the Plymouth off of Robert Barry & Co, latterly Colliers International until launching Stephen Page & Partners in 2013.


He has personally sold over 400 hospitality businesses, from guest houses and inns to multi million pound company share transfers of hotels.


A regular contributor of articles to the industry, presentations, as a judge on tourism panels and previously a non executive director of Visit Devon.
